This may be another problem with either Intel or Dell again... First it was their capacitors, now their Southbridge chips are setting themselves on fire. The video quality is obviously crap, and that white spot you see on the chip is actually burnt silicon that has erupted out of the chip itself. This went on fire twice, I caught the second one on video. This has happened to 10 computers at my work and Dell has said this is not a common problem.
