The scene from one of my favourite films, The Rock. In this scene General Hummel and his Marines assault a naval weapons depot in order to obtain the VX Nerve Gas.

Q: Why were the Marines assaulting the Naval Weapons Depot?
A: General Hummel required 16 VX Nerve Gas Rockets in order to make his request seem realistic and use them as an offense in case his offer is refused.

See...I know politics and it would not be favorable for the nation to know they are under military rule more powerful than any dictatorship on the face of the earth because of the criminal defense I needed to execute using DOD authority to stay ahead of John McCain's bullet points so the large portions of my nation that do not know I am their military ruler feel just a little better about themselves..
