No. Jeff Zucker (the current NBC President) is to blame for the reason why the Peacock network's in 4th place. It's not Tartikoff's or Littlefield's doing, it's Zucker's.
IMO, Bob Wright deserves to the the network's rightful President and can change everything that Zucker had broken in the past several years and allow it be back in it's glory (Tartikoff-esque) years.
