"The Movie Loft" Theme (WSBK) (TV-38) - 1994

This is the closing to "The Movie Loft" on WSBK with Dana Hersey.

Unfortunately the quality of the video in my archive was horrible so I could only use a selected number of frames. But I think it's the music that made the theme memorable.

I haven't heard ANYONE say they like the Andlemans. Who did their father fornicate with to get them a job on 38? Is the current state of TV that bad that the Phantom Gourmet has to be shown 3 times on the weekend? Gawd I'd rather watch an infomercial for ironing.

I used to love TV 38 I live in RI we used to get it with an antenna too before we had cable. but its weird alot of RI cable systems didnt carry WSBK even though without cable it came in crystal clear. so we had to unplug our cable box to watch the stooges on the weekends.

I'm from LI, NY and used to get TV-38 on my cable system until 94...in fact, I've got a 1990 Movie Loft airing of Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown on tape (since TV Guide didn't carry listings for WSBK in their NY Metro edition, I only found out about it via their on-air promos...LOL).

I live in CT, my cable company used to carry it, but after a while, they started "blacking out" certain shows on there, so you would turn it on and there would be a blue screen with a "blackout" schedule on it. Eventually the cable company ended up dropping it.

I love this station . I first watched it with a UHF Antenna in Maine. Then my cable network picked it up.
