  • i agree with giving your body one day a week for resting, depends what your training for tho. at the moment im doing the fat rip process, so my day off is sunday. i spend the day eating starchy carbs, veg and protein to resupply the muscles properly, it works great. the other 6 days i do cardio first thing on empty stomach then have bowl of oats+2 wholemeal slices bread+ 2 egg whites, lunch: fish+rice+veg, mid afternoon:rice+fish, then WEIGHTS, then dinner:chicken+potatoe+veg,+ protein later on
