Some people forget that Mo Pete had great hops when he entered the league

I was in the front row of the Izzone for that game. Easily the best dunk I've ever seen in person.

GO STATE, remember when i was little we would play pickup games at school pretending we were the flint boys
-
Both Cleaves and Pete's jerseys were retired. Not Richardsons :(

@Nicono8 they showed him too

This man had more heart than anyone whom ever played on the Raps.

Tried to block a right-handed dunk. Had he realized that the guy was left-handed, he would have blocked it. Ken Johnson, though a subpar baller, was a great shot-blocker.

The total attendance for the NCAA men's tournament in 2000 was 624,777. While MORRIS PETERSON was the tournament's top scorer (105 points), he's no relation to recording artist MORRIS E. Day (b. Dec. 13, 1957)--that's despite the 2000 tournament's overall attendance of 624,777. The 777 end of 624,777 could evoke the Humanist font on Windows computers or the 1982 hit single: "777-9311" from the album "What Time Is It?". In 1994, Day was featured on rapper k-DEE's song "Gigalos Get Lonely Too"

The top scorer in the 2000 NCAA tournament: MORRIS PETERSON of the Michigan State Spartans, amassing 105 points over six games. The 105 points is as unrelated to yesteryear P.O. Box 105 as PETERSON is unrelated to teenage love interests. Note: Basketball player Morris PETERSON (b. 8/26/77 in Flint, MI) is presumably no relation to Scott Lee Peterson (b. 10/24/72) who was convicted of the 2002 murder of his wife, Laci Peterson, and their unborn child, CONNOR.

No, Randolph was not on this team. He didn't come to play until the 2001 season. Cleaves and MoPete were seniors in 2000.
