  • I remember Gretzky's grip and the reebok pump skates about 15 years ago

I had them both and Sucked

  • @LottsaLasagna You may have had both of those products, but did you try ours? Can't pass judgement until you try it for yourself.

  • I prefer my stick Patrick Kane style with a large butt end the length taped being about 12 inches long so no matter if my hand is down a little low I still have good grip. Do you think you guys will be making longer ones? If not I'll probably just continue taping past the grip a ways.

  • @PatronSaint210 We have a number of hockey grips patterns under our pro-stock programs that are very similar to Patrick Kane's grip, although they are not available to the public yet. You should really try an Ergo curved grip though. Once you start using an Ergo, most players never go back to a straight grip again.

  • @PatronSaint210 Exactly. Effective grip flex for an Oggie ends at around an 8-1/2" grip. Players that want a longer grip, just tape down past the Oggie Grip. Kind of funny, but a lot of players still tape over their Oggie Grips for some reason.

  • you guys should make an oggie that slides over the stick that way you can use it on wood sticks and it would be easier to measure.

  • Slide over style grips do not offer the same performance benefits that an Oggie can offer. Our patented Grip-Flex system can significantly improve your shot speed.

When new products are brought to the market, there is always hesitation to try something new. Sticks, blades and grips have changed a lot over the years. When I first started playing we had wood sticks, then the one piece shaft with a wooden blade, now fully composite sticks. I was hesitant to use the Ergo myself, but the first time I used it, I loved it.

  • @oggiegrip I meant will you guys be making longer ergo style grips like this. It looks pretty stubby.

  • Regular hockey sticks are already comfortable. My bauer vapor is already rounded off nicely. This thing seems like it would be awfully difficult to get used to.

  • in finland you cant find it anywhere
