How to Make Homemade Butter!

Make your own (designer!) butter with just a single ingredient: heavy whipping cream.

Butter is essentially the fat from cream that's been whipped out. It takes about 5 minutes and you can fully customize the flavor you want. I suggest adding salt, herbs, or even honey, but the possibilities are limitless.

God jokes around with me. Like the time my wife and I thought it safe to make love 2 days after the END of her period only to conceive Charles, our 9th. Posted earlier that I was going to go make this butter, and I did. I used my stand mixer. Near the 5 minute point, went downstairs to get some ice. Came upstairs to a different sounding mixer and a HUGE MESS!  As God parted the Red Sea for Moses, he parted the butter from the buttermilk at that precise time. Charles will love it...is purrfect

She is very very pretty. All she needs is a southern accent, and a Jesus cross. Heck, I'd watch a video of her killing chickens. BUT...great all in one video that explains the process from start to finish (washing it). She gave me the confidence sooo, I'm gonna go try it NOW!

Just a hint if you use a Whisk you will have way less mess. And it will take less time
