Expedition EVEREST opened April 7, 2006. Walt Disney World guests will discover for themselves the fearsome legend of the Yeti when experiencing Expedition EVEREST. This high-speed train adventure combines coaster-like thrills with the excitement of a close encounter with the Abominable Snowman.

    The camera was a Canon Vixia H series. Has a lot if great features including image stabilization and 24p. Very useful on thrill ride POVs.

    No, not yet. One of the hardest challenges Disney is facing in repairing the Yeti is the fact that they can't move it. It's so large and permanently fixed into the building that the ride would have to into rehab for a very long period of time.

    Funny, this was the ride I wanted to go on the most before I went to Disney World, and after I got off, I was like "yeah ahhha let's go back to the hotel."

    I have the HV40 but I hardly ever use it. It's too bulky. Is very creaky and the lens is not wide enough. Ive found the Elph to be much better for POV.
