Great looking D'mat. How much do you have invested? (if you don't mind me asking) I was thinking of fixing up a 66 Barracuda. It has a stock V8 273 with Edelbrock intake and 500cc 4bbl and dual exhaust (stock headers) . Pretty much all there. Though it has some cancerous rust on the passenger side floor board.

@viggoM35 Oh boy...too much I care to admit to be honest! It's in the 4 digit range, but it's a frame-rail up resto...so the costs add up real quick. What makes the Mrs happy is knowing that the major spending is now done. Thanks for the thumbs up! Go for the '66 Barracuda resto...I always loved those bodies...

I would love to see a video with it all back together. Its funny how the width of those cars are the same as a B-Body. I built a 78 Volare Premeire and put a 340/727 and it had the dinky 7 inch rear end. I just happened to have a Dana 60 out of a GTX and after changing the spring pads it fit perfect but had to shorten the driveshaft to 24" LOL. I want to do the same thing you are doing but with a 340 Magnum. Your Video Inspires Me. Great Color too!

Is the car getting put back together? Interior, Glass Ect? I would like to see it when its all done. Sounds Great! I am looking for the same body style to put a built 340 magnum in. What did do for a rear end? still the 8.25? Gears?

Yeah, the rear and side glass is in the car now. The rear end is a B-body 8-3/4" with 3.91 gears.

Well it looks like I am getting a 80 Leabaron Coupe, 50,000 original miles and bucket seats w/counsel. I almost got a 81 Diplomat Coupe but it has an ugly green interior with a bench seat. the Lebaron is Plush and Sporty. Who says you cant Have Muscle with Luxury? LOL.

People don't realize how far you have come already and all the hard work that has gone into it. What did you do for rear springs? I have seen 2 types of sets you can order for that Model and they are 4 leaf and 5 leaf. I was thinking of 5 leaf for the extra stiffness and height. I like the way yours sits and wondered what you did.
