If thats the case H-D Pretty much copied indian in everything since 1903. Your'e splitting hairs. The S&S isnt a copy its a revised well improved version alot of differences pretty much like a ford 302 and a chevy 350 still use a v8 configuration doesnt mean its a copy.

@CrazyAlvis Actually,the 1st line back in the 90's used an SS 96 ci motor,but later went to the Power Plus.This is because the 2 guys that brought Indian back took it to court,and one got the prototype,but the other won the name(for $13000000 dollars.)So,the best and quickest thing he could find at the time was an ss 96 ci evo.Now they use rev tech and Performance Assembly Solutions instead.

indians are so beautiful and are far less common than Harleys. The roadmaster is my dream bike. im still stuck with my honda but I like it too:)
