Oh yeah, I have had the ultimate slumlords - I had rats, roaches, a ceiling cave in from an upstairs sewer problem - snow banks in my living room from cracks in windows and doors - you name it , I've had it. No heat when it was so cold you couldn't bear to get up and yeah, he knew all the rules and all the laws but I learned quickly, yes I did. It's terrible, terrible, terrible - nicely done, once again.
