  • Oh mah lordy, you have NO idea how happy yo playing makes me!!! I didn't even know yo' name til I recognized your sound in another recording and wondered: who the frig is that?!....shessh, now I can't sleep enough. [Is this Paul's production? hehe] I don't want to sleep. LOVE the sound. Like molasses, daisies and sunshine in spring. Zipping round youtube like nobody's business. If I can find me vinyl on 33 or 45, whatever you recorded on, I'm a PIG ... in mud.

  • @croon4u Google kenny Kitching and he has a new album out recorded with the hottest session players in Sydney! great album, a must have if you are a fan of pedal and lap steel. and yes I recorded this grab for Kenny to advertise his lap steel for sale, and yes I'm paul cheeseman.. thanks for the kind words!

  • Kinoath! it's a rare one, also just like you!

I'm good mate, going well thanks.

  • @kennykitching now who's calling who rare! how many lap steel and pedal steel players are there in Australia? I'm a guitar player, just like the rest of the world. hehehe..

  • Yes, you're probably right there. It's been with me a long time having bought it in 1949 at Nicholson's in Sydney.

Fond memories of you on the "Traveling out West" show with John Williamson back in the '70's - you have never lost your touch - stay well mate
