  • @punisher00109 I see what ur saying but your friend is not training the intensity of BJJ that these guys are right? And am I also right in assuming he's not as big or strong as these guys? I agree it is possible to become as big as Popovitch or Galvao, or a great grappler without the use of steroids, but to do both at the same time without PEDs well there just aren't enough hours in the day for the body to recover and do it all over again the next day.

  • @milesdavisist i have a friend who is the same. he doesnt lift weights and used to be a fat kid. He began training doing alot of carido and bodyweight. now he is huge at low body fat. i know for a fact he did not take any steroids, supplements or even protein. he just has the genetics

  • Regardless on Roids or not they still put on a good show

  • @Legystarcraft your right a physique like that can be achieved if done correctly, although how possible it is to naturally achieve a physique like that whilst training upto 6 hours of BJJ a day I'm not so sure

  • So if someone is huge, that means it is steroids..COME ON !

  • @BIGthingsSON Brother,I'll give my right hand that in this case Pablo and Galvao are not on roids. You can look like that without supplements if done correctly, why are you so ignorant and accusive for no reason. It's never been proven, and they don't look like they do PED-s or whatever.

  • @Legystarcraft

Pretty much every guy you see on that mat is on roids. It just isn't looked at the same in places like Brazil.

  • hat was the score,?

  • 7:40 robert drysdale picking his nose

  • @admstrat, I never thought about grasping the hands to keep defense from triangle. I have to start putting that int'l my arsenal
