How's Perry doing? I know his health was getting bad. I played a show with him and my band at the Exit/In.- we did Scorcher's stuff. Then Warner's band played after us- really cool guys!
@fleabag001 Man, I hear ya. I was lost in the back woods of kentucky back in '97 and as I struggled towards the light of a hidden moonshine stil, Perry Baggs, the drummer, led me to a cool sweet swig of great tastin' homemade brew. The trees spoke to me and then I found myself levitating over the mississippi river 48 hours later.
i rode my motorcycle from toronto, canada to austin, texas to see this show. i had seen the scorchers in toronto the previous year, and me and warner exchanged numbers. i stopped in nashville on the way down, and we met up. i needed a place to stay and he invited me to stay at his parents place. we've been friends ever since. you couldn't meet a nicer bunch of guys. never mind that they play just as hard now, as they did then. they should be in the rock and roll hall of fame.
Gosh, I remember this just like it was yesterday!! I felt so sorry for Jason when his hat flew off and Jeff's face was like what should we do. I have NEVER seen them that they did not give 100% even at late night club shows in N'ville.

If there IS supposed to be such a thing as an 'underrated' group, it's these guys!

Awesome footage! Going to see JATS in London in May for about the 10th time! Kick-ass cowpunk at its finest!
