The original Tibetan Tsampa is not made of raw flour, but pan roasted barley flour. Have you really been making it with raw flour for several years?
-
Is this something you would eat everyday, like a protein shake? And would you suggest adding any whey? How about Flax?I am not a nutrition expert I'm sure you can tell.

It's what is used for the budwig cream (in that recipe your ground the cereals yourself for max benefit) and as well by tibetans when they prepare tsampa. I have been on this type of diet for a couple of years now and it does work for me ;) - Make your own choices. If you prefer not going that way or experimenting with sprouted weat instead, I fully respect that ;) - I'll keep your suggestion in mind though - Might try what you suggest as well - Thanks for sharing
