  • well this recipe of the Budwig creme is VERY strange!

  • that's not the budwig cream - you have misunderstood

  • very educational for those people in the realm of lucky charms and coco puffs

  • exactly ;)

  • r u sure raw flour is healthy?

why not try sprouted wheat or buckwheat?

  • It's what is used for the budwig cream (in that recipe your ground the cereals yourself for max benefit) and as well by tibetans when they prepare tsampa. I have been on this type of diet for a couple of years now and it does work for me ;) - Make your own choices. If you prefer not going that way or experimenting with sprouted weat instead, I fully respect that ;) - I'll keep your suggestion in mind though - Might try what you suggest as well - Thanks for sharing

  • The original Tibetan Tsampa is not made of raw flour, but pan roasted barley flour. Have you really been making it with raw flour for several years?

  • Is this something you would eat everyday, like a protein shake? And would you suggest adding any whey? How about Flax?I am not a nutrition expert I'm sure you can tell.

  • ok sorry.
