Duke energy should be santioned, they treat customers with little to no repect, They threatened shutoff. Duke energy tell the customer to go to pay day loan places to pay the bills they send and still shut them off

Duke energy is a racsit company and they cheat their customer, they don't read the meter but they make the owners pay high bills and then they tellyou it isn' anything they can do about the mistake, duke energy should be regulated and investigated by the fbi
