I wasnt aware of this movie...i though that uncle meat was the title of his 1969 album... or is there no relation between the two???

The Roxy DVD is supposedly coming out sometime soon, I doubt this will be in it though, this looks like the 1973 band when Jean Luc Ponty was guesting, Napoleon Murphy Brock had not joined at that point.
As for the Greggery Peccary part, the original piece they're playing here is "Farther Oblivion" (not to be confused with "Father O' Blivion"), it also originally contained the Bebop Tango, and I believe some versions included an instrumental arrangement of "Cucamonga" from Bongo Fury.
