Gah, after looking at the Okami booklet I realized I have indeed been mispronouncing Ammy's name all this time... it's Amaterasu...

OH! Actually, that was the proper pronunciation.
It's Amateratsu. The 'tsu' at the gives it a 'tuh' sound just before the su, and the u is pronounced as it comes after a ts.
I'm quite the fan of Okami as well ;)

lol I hate going infront of crowds too but I would have made it worse for myself by tripping or something! XD for some reason if I get shy I trip for no reason :| lol
