  • You havent really read the south beach diet then. The south beach diet helps curb the sugar intake for the first 2 weeks to help your sweet tooth, THEN they reintroduce the good carbs into your diet. You HAVE nice things such as vedgies and artificial sweet stuff in that period of time - just not simple carbs. Look it up.

  • There is one thing -- sugar is super addictive. Are good sugars addicitve too? I guess I'll have to watch tomorrow.

  • I AM SO FAT! I just can't stay on diets. I start strong and then POOF. As you said -- I go for the Reeses ;-9
