  • You havent really read the south beach diet then. The south beach diet helps curb the sugar intake for the first 2 weeks to help your sweet tooth, THEN they reintroduce the good carbs into your diet. You HAVE nice things such as vedgies and artificial sweet stuff in that period of time - just not simple carbs. Look it up.

  • hmmmmm... fascinating. I know that I reached for a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup today and I hate peanut butter. Thanks again Kate for your insightful reporting. I don't know how to live without you! No more sugar or soda for me except natural fruit and stuff.

  • i loooooove fruit. fruit is my candy!

    i use raw honey to sweeten my tea and i have been told that is not good for me. honey has so many health benefits that i am not going back to white sugar. plus, i really like the taste of raw honey.
