2/5/10: I re-enabled comments to hopefully encourage helpful discussion. It's difficult for me to keep up with comments and You Tube messages, but I appreciate everyone's feedback and support of this video.

  • @Blexxor12 well breath through your stomach not your chest take 2 deep breaths use the breaths wisely trust me just breath u will get to the vibrations my friends said it works so just try it

  • @FanBoy277 Yeah like, I will get to the point where my breathing is like almost nothing is required to breathe... I just have never reached the vibrational state.

  • @Blexxor12 i get to the vibrationz without even trying just lay down in bed straight on your back take a deep breath hold it for 5 seconds or so and let out of mouth slowly then breath normally till your breaths get smaller than repeat youll feel it trust me.

  • @peterpaulparker Its more of i cant get to the state of vibrations :(

  • @Blexxor12 Try open focus training as this gets you into a good state of relaxation.

  • I keep falling asleep. I also can't find a perfect guided meditation for astral projection, not just memory travelings.

    I am about ready to give up1!! :(

  • @xotaoox Sometimes he does. Especially in the first 4 seconds he talks. "Hello." lol Now everytime I try to astral project, I think of Batman saying "SWEAR TO ME!!!".
