In the recently concluded Maverick Round Up (Nov 7-8,2009) @ Naperville Central High School, Jarrell Gamilla, competed in the 50-yard butterfly (11 year-old Boys). He won first place and his time qualified him to the Regional Championships this coming Feb, 2010. He hopes he can be faster so he can qualify in the Junior Olympics this Mar 2010 @ UIC in Chicago, IL.
