Winding a spring with a CNC taig mill. My voice is a little hard to hear because of machine. It is a .035 spring wire being wound on an 1/8 inch madrel. To keep the mandrel from flexing, an L-shaped shoe with a V-slot is supporting the mandrel.
The winding is 10 turns per inch. While not shown, the springs are stress relieved in a 450F oven after winding.
