@RobRobintv I'd think you could be right it is autumn 96, before the circles look was introduced.

@RobRobintv Well the circles '4' ident had been introduced on the 11th of October 1996. as 4-Tel on View was still on at this point until January 1997 when C4 went kinda 24 hours.

@Glamking1 I think it says Durring the last few seconds of "The Beat Specials" "1996" So I think it was winter or autumn 96. Hmm
