The Rebels decide its time to take care of the little pests from Lanseal (among other things) and attack the academy. A lot of stuff goes on here and we get a lot of spoilerific stuff after the mission is done.

The mission can be described as V2 galore pretty much lol

When they showed that Juliana would be interested in Zeri way back in May my first thought was: “I hope they don't pull an Isara with any of these two". And I disappointed because they did, but I can't say I’m surprised. But they didn’t even had time to develop their relationship futher in the story, so I think it wasn't as dramatic as it could have being if they waited one or two more months before killing her.
