  • @SummerGalLongIsland i totally agree! i have an African grey too and she takes ALOT of work, it really makes me mad when people who hardely know anything about birds go and buy the most hard to take care of bird the macaw. People who already have this bird say it is alot of work but most people will still just go ahead and buy one without thinking first becasue they are pretty birds...

  • The bird's not clipped is it?

  • 1 of the most BEAUTIFUL macaws ever!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • He does well! check out our channel for some training ideas, if you want. Ours can use ropes to lift items, determine colors, and many other things. How long have you been training yours? Does he get excited when you train him? haha

  • @jlbjennn26 there are still about 80 spix macaws in breeding programs, the biggest is in quatar with around 60+ spix. There are probly a few spix in private collection but many of them are bought by the owner of the breeding program in quatar to breed with them

  • wrong, they are protected in Brazil and illegal to sell/buy. The only private owners in Brazil are those that were grandfathered in when the law took effect.

  • @flaviothebrazilian wrong. they are protected in brazil and illegal to sell/buy.

  • @flaviothebrazilian in Brazil you can not buy hyacinths as they are protected and endagered.

  • @copperchan holy crap lol and im looking at parrots right now and $250 looks pretty damn good lol (indian ringneck)

  • @TJDeadkidYou can get a great car for the price of a Palm cockatoo, those go for $15,000-$18,000 O.O I wonder if you can get a loan to buy one lol
