Nathaniel Batchelder of Central Oklahoma Human Rights Alliance, Ed Romo of the League of United Latin American Citizens, Oklahoma State Senator Connie Johnson and Garland Pruitt of the NAACP speak to the prospect of Arizona-style anti-immigration legislation being proposed in the Oklahoma Legislature.
Part 1: Batchelder's introduction
Part 2. Ed Romo of LULAC
Part 3: Sen. Connie Johnson and Garland Pruitt of NAACP
@fjm1061 Wow, you talk big -- and hate deeply. No children born in U.S. will be deported. They're citizens. The Dream Act, or some legislation giving citizenship opportunities to those who came to this country as children will be passed eventually, after the Republican birthers and nativists have again run things into the ground and the grownups have to come clean up the mess. Like it or not (and I don't), our economy depends on cheap labor, and immigrants, with papers, or not, provide that.

We don't need mexicans telling us we need immigration reform. No such thing. What we're doing and will continue doing is detaining and deporting every single illegal alien and every single anchor child from American sovereign territory, mexican or else. We killed the Dream Act and any hopes of amnesty for decades to come. We will enforce our immigration laws just like mexico enforces theirs. This is payback for all your stupid marches waving mexican and other foreign flags on our streets.
