Total lie, Holder doesn't have the authority to make that decision on his own. The detainees are currently under the jurisdiction of the defense department. We would be seeing a turf war on a massive scale right now if the president hadn't been the one to make the decision. We are witnessing the beginning of the end of this administration. Just think of the congressional hearings after 2010 alone.

Obama's Impeachment? The work done by this Administration will become some of the most renowned decision making in History. The decision to make this a Civilian Federal Trial is a choice. It could be Military or not, but this decision makes so much sense politically. Remember Extraordinary Rendition, remember what our great Ally Israel Pulled Last Year in Gaza? Who are the BadGuys? We're becoming the Empire in Star Wars (modeled after Nazis).

It is a slap in the face to not have the trial in NYC. It proves that we have succumbed to fear. Eric Holder's decisions are not the President's decisions necessarily. Also, Bloomberg only has issue with the Security Costs on NY Budget. Many Terrorists have been tried in Federal Court past years. London, Jerusalem, Madrid try their attackers in the same city as well. It is a sign of Victory over the Act.
