@ slouttop That is exactly why I'm learning Krav Jiu Jitsu with a little bit of kick boxing. Krav Maga is more relevant in a stand up street fight because it's based on realistic scenarios focusing on personal protection. GJJ compliments Krav and KB in that it makes you a complete all around fighter. Yes, most fights end up on the ground. That's why the Modern Army Combatives Program is based on BJJ.

@slouttop most fights go to the ground because of one thing: gravity. why have BJJ fighters dominated in the UFC?
-
PLEASE Tell me people...does BJJ ever stand up and fight?.
What is this thing about going to the floor? DO NOT TELL ME THAT FIGHTS END UP ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE YOU ARE SAYING BJJ IS VERY WEAK AGAINT TWO OR MORE ATTACKERS. WHAT WOULD GRACIES DO AGAINTS TWO ATTACKERS ON THE FLOOR? YES YOU GUEST IT F. U. G. ( F....UP GRACIES)

@aibuwarrior I couldn't agree more with you.

Classic old school video - still relevant today.

@jagexisthedevil I don't recall calling BJJ fake. I don't recall saying BJJ techniques wouldn't provide a defense against a street bum. I really don't think you are quoting me. "being humble isn't a strength"??????? Are you sure about that????
-
@aibuwarrior Hey comeon now how can you call BJJ a fake martial art when it came to the scene in America and made a mockery of all other martial arts. People that get into street fights aren't martial artists of any kind you saying the technicality of the ground fighting system of BJJ would not defend you against some bum street fighter is total idiocy. Ego is a fighters weakness but being humble isn't a strength necessarily.

@Thewiseguitar you prove my point.

@aibuwarrior obviously you didn't watch what I suggest you guys to watch on youtube, dumbass. Keep living in your ''final fantasy'' dream.
-
@Thewiseguitar Keep posting. It obviously makes you feel better about yourself, but understand this. True martial arts are about real life survival and internal spirit. You simply cannot grasp that and I hope one day you will.
I think that a martial artist does himself a disservice by assuming anything. Learn all you can and stay out of dangerous places. I think it is funny that people would train to be in a street fight. I train to not be in a street fight.

Its called Kimura.. The kimura lock was named after the judoka Masahiko Kimura, who used it to defeat one of the founders of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Hélio Gracie.
It's called Gyaku Ude-Garame in Judo or more generally called a reverse Key Lock
