Bucky Lasek Rail Grinds his Subaru PUMA Rallycross STI at GRC Texas

In the hectic heat race action during Global Rallycross Texas, Subaru Factory Team driver Bucky Lasek found himself stuck behind an ailing Liam Doran leading up to the 50-foot gap jump. When his rhythm and speed up the launch ramp was interrupted, Lasek was forced to made a split-second decision to abort the take-off opting instead to "exit stage left". Miraculously, or perhaps as intended, Lasek performed a perfect gap to 50/50 rail grind in his Subaru PUMA RallyCross STI. Although the car landed back on its four wheels, the impact broke the rear axle and Lasek was unable to continue.

After the race Liam did contact me and said he was sorry and it wasn't a dick move on his behalf. His engine was going and eventually did a couple of turns after this incident. He wasn't going to take the jump as I suspected but then changed his mind at the last second. This threw me off so braking at the bottom of the ramp was the last thing I wanted to do before sending it over behind a broken car. Shit happens....At least I slapped a nice 50/50 out of the deal.

If this is Bucky Lasek, I'm assuming it isn't, I would like to tell you that you are an embarrassment to the rally world. Rally is a sport for people who are born with a talent and love for driving a car with no fear in the woods at high speeds and rallycross is a sport dedicated to those rally drivers that want to compare themselves head to head on a cross surface track. Rally is not a sport for people who get to drive for publicity because they come from an extreme sport with a fan base. sorry

that is one of the funniest thing i have ever seen, dorian DIDNT put pull off the track he moved so he was in line with the jump, and there was no reason for bucky to move left off the jump at all, it just looked like he panicked, you can tell bucky is not a proper driver cause if he was there would have been no doubt in his mind

dude did a powerslide and was still in the jumping lane, subaru driver dont know how to drive, if he wouldnt slim his breaks sohard, he would have same speed as the car infrount him and made the jump.
