This is so frustrating as a leader....I spend most of my time taking music out of worship....otherwise there is no where to go when it is not simplified to begin with.

@xvirg hahahahahahaha.... funny story. Unfortunately, not even worship bands are perfect. You seem to be a hard worker - God has something WAY BETTER in store for you. :)

I tried to get our praise band to pick up on this. It didn't work. Frustration level became too much for me. I was asked to resign (all volunteer) and I am now released of my praise band guitar duties. But I will continue to do solos & accompany singers on my classical in traditional service. I've donated Paul's 10 DVD set to them. God Bless.
