Northern Brewer hosts a discussion with award-winning homebrewer and soon-to-be professional brewer Kristen England. Brewing TV's Jake Keeler moderates the Q&A in which England talks about his time spent building recipes for Northern Brewer, considerations to make between extract and all-grain, fine-tuning your palate and your homebrew, going pro, and we get a look at what beers Pour Decisions Brewing Company will be hitting the market with in the first half of 2012.

Kristen, you clearly are very knowledgeable. Cheers! You say though that you have made thousands of batches of beer. Wow! That is an incredible amount of brewing. Just on the low side, say 2,000 batches in 8 years! Wow man, that is 250 batches of beer per year! That is some serious brewing there.

Given how passionate and confident he seems to be, I bet they'll make great beer... Patersbier alone is mind blowing as a home brew recipe. And even though I don't live anywhere near MN, I sure hope they get to sell that 60 shilling for $3.00.... I'd support that all day long. Great idea for videos.
