My Hungarian M44 firing a hunting round, a Highland Sports 180g SP - a very very good round. A reasonably low speed fired from the carbine as opposed to the 91/30 or other, however still packs a hell of a punch on target. I had one round hit the ground a bit low off target and disintegrate, which peppered my target with bits of lead, copper and stone - lots of shrapnel.
Had a very fun day, and the brass cartridges were working beautifully with the gun - as opposed to the laquered steel case rounds, some of which split at the neck in the chamber.
Caliber: 7.62×54mmR
Filmed on Sunday, 20th of November 2011 at Little River, Victoria.
Note: I was using new non-laquered brass case ammunition with non-corrosive primers. The bolt and extractor performed beautifully smooth, as can be seen here.
In an earlier video I uploaded, the bolt jammed due to use of different steel case copper laquered ammunition, which consistantly became stuck in the chamber.

I've noticed the same thing, Leo! A few people who I'd subscribed to and not seen any videos for a while have just suddenly exploded on my subscriber feed. Perhaps YT ran an update of sorts? Who knows...
