Paranoia is a psychological thriller from award winning director Bivás. Alaina is a reserved woman in a stressful marriage to Mark who has an A-type personality with an over-commitment to his job and tendency towards controlling behavior. Due to their inability to have children, Alaina starts on fertility treatment that has both physical and psychological side effects. Pushed beyond her limit, Alaina ventures down a path of murder and deception to reveal unexpected outcomes that entangles the couples' best friends.
