UPDATE: In the unedited version Roger explains the current lowest note is 8 hertz. The newspaper got the numbers wrong and I haven't been able to locate an expert to clarify this.

Exactly. Contrabass....Its just like falsetto except on the lower end. I can get lower than this dude and real easy to do but hard to stay in tune.
