Yeah, that's Moonie tripping out behind Kenney Jones, who was to replace him on the kit for the Who after his death. A couple of other members of the Who can be spotted here as well. The Who and the Small Faces had intertwined careers and lives for part of the 60's. Organist Ian McLagan married Moon's ex-wife and raised his daughter.
