I Have a Real Problem with the U.S. and how they Control Firearms. By that, I think it is much to Harsh. The Constitution, the LAW OF THIS LAND states that I am Born with the Right to keep and bear Arms! Not for Hunting or Anything of That Kind. It is in the Constitution for the Single Purpose of CHANGING OUR GOVT. if it becomes too oppresive. That's it! That's the reason, Not Hunting and this Other crap. They make us PAY to go through a training course? You would also HAVE TO do this to Carry!

I'm Swiss and reason why we have low crime rates is because we think before we speak. This is exactly the reason why everyone on the planet hates the USA. Many countries have liberal firearm laws and low crime rates.Many countries have restrictive firearm laws and high crime rates.Crime (especially violence) is to do with political, social,cultural and spiritual factors.Not inaminate objects.Sending children to sunday school and cleaning up the war zones called 'public schools' will do more towards 'public safety' than any number of firearm laws.

Switzerland will never join the NATO or the EU (European Union) or any other supranational organisation. We live our freedom since more than 200 years without any war and bad history. We have the most democratic system on earth, we have a very high living standard and we have our guns for defense...All the people expect this kind of living only in the US. The story about "from rags to riches" is nothing than a lie. Move to the USA to be shot one day on the street. God bless Switzerland!

why do weapons exist? to defend against attack or theft? Guns avoid questions being asked by the oppressed. This is why the biggest and most expensive weapons carry the biggest fear factor. @hotheadedjoelhaha thank god! you understand everything! i hate all of these people saying things like "why do you think you even need guns, the government will protect the country" and "you don't need an automatic rifle for hunting". Well no shit, i know i don't need this weapon for hunting, I need it to protect myself from my totalitarian government when they get out of control.
