World's biggest dog... The truth.

Originally I put up this video as a favor to those who have asked me about it. What I have come to realize is that no amount of common sense will stop the avalanche of idiots who insist on staying stupid. I realized now that when I created this video I uploaded an IQ test. After trying to explain the same thing to thousands of idiots who don't have the tools to learn something new anyway I will no longer make an effort to explain. If your post is stupid I will remove and block you. If you have any question as to why I am doing this just read some of the thousands of stone cold stupid comments I used to let people post. Done with that. Done with the stupid. I am just over it.

This fake has been making the rounds for a few years. It is amazing how many people fell for this. I guess one should never underestimate how easily the general public can be misled.

Anyone who knows anything about dogs at all is already aware of everything I am saying here. But for those of you who have been fooled by this here is the real deal...
What amazes me most is that nobody ever demanded proof of this dog existing anywhere other than the imagination of the people who are slow enough to believe this to be real.
The dog in this severely manipulated picture is a Neapolitan Mastiff... Which is not even the correct breed this dog is supposed to be.
The people who put this out there are saying that this is Hercules (the current world record holder for being the heaviest dog alive)...
But the fact is that Hercules is a fawn colored English Mastiff...
Not only did these people lie but they didn't even take the time to do proper research and use the correct breed to perpetrate their fraud.
The reason why I am even discussing this to the extend that I am is because pictures such as this one feeds the public's obsession with size in dogs.
What most people don't realize is that more size means generally a shorter life for the dog. Where the average 50 pound pitbull will live to be 15 years old, the average 200 pound English Mastiff will die at age 7. Breeding for bigger dogs means even shorter life and pictures such as this makes people seek out breeders who will breed for size without regard for the health of the animal.

I don't just go off on people with bad grammar. If you read my responses I ONLY go off on people who say stupid things AND have bad spelling. If you are able to THINK but your spelling is off then there is no problem. But if what you are saying is stupid AND your spelling sucks then there is an obvious pattern of NOT WANTING to learn.

People always yell about how they are entitled to their opinion. But if your opinion is not based on facts then it means absolutely nothing.

Here is why you are full of it...

1) If you ever saw a 700 pound dog you would be using your phone or any other means to video tape it for all of us to enjoy.

2) If there was a 700 pound dog it would be all over the news and the owner would be filthy rich.

3) What you saw was a Neapolitan Mastiff which weighed most likely well under 200 pounds and you were wearing either beer or stupid goggles.

Prove me wrong and show us the dog. Going to be a long ass wait. LOL

That in turn makes breeders select for size before health. because they want to sell dogs to make money after all.

If people understand that:

1) 700 pound dogs don't exist and

2) Even dogs that are 200 pounds, with very few exceptions, are already not healthy anymore...

Then I think I did those I love more than anything else on this earth a service... The dogs.

I also continuously fight against dog fighting and animal abuse of any kind. I hope that explains my passion...?

Well...

The answer is simple...

I LOVE dogs more than anything. I love living with them, working with them, reading and learning about them. So to me this was not "work" but rather fun.

The reason why I am trying to explain this to people is because humanity's obsession with size in dogs has produced many breeds that have many genetic diseases and almost all huge dogs die before they are 6 years old. Pictures like this one here feed the public's obsession with size even more.
