i live in great dunmow in essex and i wanna start gymnastics and things but i dunno where to go or how to start coz most places you hav to go like every day and i cant do that coz i cheerlead and because i cheerlead that means i can tumble already :)

@shauntylerfree Sweet. I live in Essex also. I gave up gymnastics last year, after I had been doing it for 6 years. I now concentrate on my passion for freerunning and parkour. I used to do a bit of cheerleading, so that's cool.
There are some gymnasium's you can go to where they run open gym sessions on certain nights and basically all you have to do is turn up, pay £5 then you get about 3 hours to do whatever you like in the gym. within reason of course......... (continues on next post)......

@shauntylerfree The gym's I know of are East London Gymnastics Club (Beckton), South Essex Gymnastics Club (Basildon), Europa (I don't know where it is) and Basingstoke Gymnastics Club (Basingstoke)... I'm sure if you Google one of them, something will come up and hopefully help you in your quest to start gymnastics :)
I go to East London Gymnastics club, where it's open gym on Friday nights, it's £5 entry and you get 2 hours of playing time! :)
