  • Yeah he went a "little too slow" You want a rhythm...not jerky...he did 19 and 3/4 I think...I would have gave him the shirt..Just remember once you dismount the bar that's it your done...

  • @cchanderson rhythm? what's the rhythm in chin-ups? I've never paid attention to that in my chin-ups. Teach me and maybe i can get 2 shirts next time hahaha!

  • The most I can get is 18... I'm in the top 3% of my entire RSS! We have about a total of 40-50 people! I'm a shorty 5'4'' and 113, but I can perform well during IST's and PT's. October 10th Parris Island!

  • @123phobia123 yes

  • arent these pull ups? (not overhand grip)

  • @papercanfly Smaller guys do better most of the time from what i see. You're 113 so you don't have to pull up as much weight as say someone who weighs 170 (me). I'm at about 18. Are you a Marine yet? How many are you doing now?

  • ARGH damn 19 bro haha, good shit anyway

  • should have switched to pull ups! you would have got 20 or even a little more.

  • This video is awesome! I managed 17 Chin-ups (in the video response) but it was at home lol.

I'd love to have attempted it in front of everyone! Looks really fun. xD

  • @papercanfly 113 lbs!!!! whats the weight requirment for ur height dude?

  • @MrRucknroll Thank you, but I have 12 days left... if I had 14 weeks I would have said yes, but for now, just got to leave it to will power from here. Thank you for the advice though, and good luck when you're able to join!

  • @papercanfly if u want to be come a stronger runner u gotta start by doing longer runs at slower speeds then slowly move the speed up until your at 6minutes a mile pace, idk how much time u got until u ship out but i highly suggest this i went from no running to 17 43 mile in just 14 weeks, i got one of the best running schedules for this if ur interested message me and ill give it to u

  • @MrRucknroll We haven't ran any 3 miles runs, but I'm sure I will be the time limit of 28 minutes... I can do 110 crunches in two minutes... and you saw how much I can do pull ups... The mile and a half required too have is 12:30... my best time is 11:45... I'm not a strong runner, but I will meet the 3 mile time limit...
