I implied that Clintons policies lead to the death of many and the ACLU attack him for policies which became the Patriot Act and the Bush Doctrine which both came from the Wolfawitz doctrine aka unconstitutional. I suggest before you bow to any leader make sure you look them in the eye first.

Clinton was nowhere near authoritarian. Sure, he was a blue dog Democrat (as is Hillary) but not a Republican in Democratic clothing. They are moderates.
Kosovo was not senseless and, AGAIN, he never manufactured the intelligence behind it. He stopped genocide in Kosovo.
Clinton always got court orders from FISA and never suspended Habeas Corpus. That has not been reported ANYWHERE (even by independent sites), hence it is not true.
