How do you get the Shears to cut the golden leaf?

@CammehYaBams why yes, you are cam, you see, you need to trade a toothpick you got from beating the sailor in oh ship then trade the toothpick to the weapons guy to get an axe, go to the forest, and use the axe on giant tree, you'll get the wood part and the handle, give the handle to the wood guy and you get a wooden sword.
