  • - scouts sit behind the plate, not behind the dugout

    - the scouting director drafts players and oversees scouts, not the GM

    - An advance scout ONLY sends reports on future oponents

    - scouts watch MILB games for future trades, not to advise on who goes up or down, that's done by PD

    - actually I'm not sure if any of the info in this video is correct beyond scouts are an important facet of an org.
