I am glad they didn't make us do that exercise for hurdles. I would have not made it through those alternating height ones....

i dont think ur suppose to jump over with 2 feet....or am i missing sumthing..cuz my couch told us to jump of our dominate leg in front and ur other leg behind...and i just got confuzed by the vid...no offence..but i need advice on how to bea good hurdler cuz i have a track meet after next..and so ya..i wanna be good

Anybody knows how many rounds/training is suitable and how long break got to keep to do this kind of practice again

5 Hurdles x 3 reps = 1 Round
3 Rounds with 90 sec rest between rounds.
This is one exercise of a plyometric work out where you may take 5 or more exercise depending on you ability to train at volume
