does this game work on windows xp or vista?

The game came out in 1997 so Windows 98 will need to be installed. To do so, click on the following 1. Start 2. Help and Support 3. Fixing a Problem 4. Application and Software Problems 5. Getting Old Programs to run on Windows XP and then run the Program Compatibility Wizard. Hope that this helps.

i did all that stuff and it wont install becuase i dont have "DirectX 3a FINAL RELEASE December 1996" do you know where i can get this?

If I remember correctly I did a search for Direct X and it was a free download.
