Sarahs shoulders are protracted 0:25. You need to do more back and less chest to get that posture corrected.

@witfm55 thats their problem i presonally see it harder getting that size as its not hard to to exercise

You do not have to necessarily do these exercises as long as you are doing circuit training that will help you to loose body fat.
Circuits can be done with running and different weight training workouts.
Research interval work outs these are proven methods for loosing fat. Do not get sucked into the idea of there being only one type of exercise.a lot fitness videos try to do. They always try to give the impression that their method is the only way.

@witfm55 I used to be a size 16--these exercises are not easy, I completely agree, but you can modify them and make them easier for yourself until you can do them as instructed. I've lost 52 lbs. and feel great! wishing you all the best of luck!
