Pambujan, Northern Samar Bridge 2.mp4

This is the Pambujan Bridge in the Province of Northern Samar, as you can see, only one lane is serviceable because the other lane has deteriorated. And local officials seems to ignore it. Why? hmm... lets go down under the bridge. Local supporters have constructed Grocery stores underneath the bridge! they even managed to secure business permit from LGU of Pambujan for this. I am wondering who MORON signed the building permit and the business permit? there is even a copra buying station there and a Video OK pub! And DPWH, toothless and helpless, believing in "if you cant beat 'm, join them" managed to dine with the MORONS in a restaurant nearby. and see the signboard? Take a look at the SANVIC truck parking opposite the signboard. Where is discipline here? I believe in "Sa ika-uunlad ng bayan desiplina ang kailangan". and look, they even used the bridge as carport.
If you will go to the other side of the bridge, underneath you will see that some have constructed shanties using the bridge as roofing. and have nailed their walls and used the bridge as beams for their shanties. Hindi yata dumadaan dito ang mga opisyal ng bayan, siguro nag hehelicopter kaya hindi nya nakikita. or baka nag bubulag-bulagan lang. Matuluyan sana!!!!!!!!
