1) Set a light weight on the cable stack with the rope attachment
2) Pull the cable towards your face
3) Keep your elbows high and externally rotate, as if you were trying to pull the rope over your head
4) Control the weight and repeat
5) Aim for 3 sets of 8-10 reps
