Am I the only one of my generation who loves classic country like this great song but hates modern country.I grew up in the 70s and 80s when my parents listened to this stuff. It has so much more soul than the new crap!

I really enjoy her singing. There are two songs that I would really love to see on here. One is called "Love Lies" and the other is "Tell Me A Lie". I haven't heard them in years. Was wondering if someone could post them if they can be found, would really appreciate it. Might be really hard to find these though, but never know what could happen...

As long as I can look at Janie, I don't care what she's singing!

@latachia888 Hey, Check out, Lorretta Lynne, Skeeter Davis, Tammy Wynette, Dolly Parton, just to name of few beautiful ladies of Country music, that definately have the most beautiful voices. Oh a Country Gospel album, Wanda Jackson, like a song bird. Was make me like a child again, fill my cup lord, one day at a time, just awesome Country music greats. The woman above, stand by your man? Too good music of the old, needs to come back to the morals today, be the woman we are. With love in Christ,

I was in the U.S. from '91-'02, listened to great country music. Then I noticed that it was gradually becoming 'pop'. Ladies with tight jeans, small shirts & talent all over the place. Went back to the 60's on up. Cash, Dolly etc. Although I do think that the Judd's, T. Yearwood & a few others were well worth listening to.

Imagine that! A lady that can actually sing real country music! It's refreshing to look at all of these older videos& the ladies actually sang on their merits, not because they had on belly shirts& tight jeans !
thanks its nice to hear that you love it
