you can fight to protect but revenge is something that only results in even more violence most of the time. and who wants that? and even if you have to fight, dont go over the top. there is an enourmus difference between fighting and violence.

I can not understand this if you do not fight back they can still harm you again. sometimes it is good to kick ass back.
